BEGINNING JANUARY 2020:  Orders will be shipped twice each week.  Please read the updated policy summary below for more information.  We will also be implementing new features to make your buying experience faster, more pleasant and provide better order tracking services.

SAME DAY SHIPPING / DISPATCH
With same day dispatch your, order will ship the SAME DAY providing your order is submitted by 1:30pm EST.  If your order is submitted AFTER 1:30pm EST, then your order will dispatch the next BUSINESS day.  Same Day shipping will be available for $12 per individual order.  For now, you can request this service by leaving a comment in the comment box during checkout.  If we do not notice your comment before processing your order, then we will not charge the $12 fee to your card.

TEXT MESSAGE ORDER TRACKING
Just as it sounds, we will be offering SMS text message service for all order which include a tracking number or delivery confirmation.  These orders typically include USPS Certified Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Expedited 2 Day, USPS Expedited Overnight, and all services offered through UPS and FedEx shipping.  Text Message notifications will be included FREE for all USPS Priority and expedited Delivery services.  Orders under $250 without tracking included will be charged a fee of $2 for this service.  Orders under $175 without tracking will be charged a fee of $4 for this service.

UPS & FedEx SHIPPING UPGRADES
YOU TALKED - WE LISTENED!   We will be offering upgraded shipping services through both FedEx and UPS courier services.  These shipping upgrades will however be non-standard, which means the customer will be required to pay for the upgrade to use this service.

We understand that the shipping times for your purchases are important to you, and because they are important to you, they are equally important to us also.  Please keep in mind however that we have many members, and each of our members expects us to provide the same quality and expedited services that you yourself also expect from us.  It is exactly this type of quality service that we intend to provide for each of our customers.  However, service that is personalized can't be rushed if it is expected to retain this type of quality.  We promise to give each purchase the undivided attention that's required to assure order accuracy, and safe delivery to your door.  Because we will never sacrifice quality for speed, your patience is greatly appreciated when awaiting delivery of your purchases.

Zimbabwe Currency Dealer We ship orders twice each week with dispatch days being on Tuesday and Friday.  Order submitted between Monday and Thursday will ship on Fridays.  Orders submitted between Friday through Sunday will ship on Tuesdays.  However, when there is an increase in orders being submitted,such as during a sale, then there is a chance your order may be placed into over-flow processing, causing the dispatch day to move to the next scheduled shipping day.  ONLY when an order is submitted with RUSH PROCESSING will your order ship on any other day than dispatch days.  If an order is submitted on Tuesday and upgraded to RUSH PROCESSING, the order will ship the next available dispatch day.  Orders placed AFTER 2:30pm EST with Rush Processing will ship within two BUSINESS DAYS.  Orders submitted on Tuesday with Rush Processing, will ship on Thursday instead of Friday.

Delays in shipping times can be expected during any of the following scenarios; Immediately following an online sale, immediately following four (4) day weekend, Immediately following a Holiday weekend, Immediately following any Postal/Gov shutdown and/or Postal closure.  Delays in shipping can also be expected anytime there is an increase in online purchases and/or order fulfillment such as during or after a sale, or when there may be an excess flow of customers fulfilling their orders all at the same time.  It is during these times that your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.  In a worse case scenario, dispatch times can range UP TO 10-14 BUSINESS days.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING TIME NOTICE
When there is a delay in shipping, it is VERY helpful to us if our customers are able to keep phone calls and email inquiries regarding shipping statuses to a minimum.  We do not know an exact day and/or time each customers order will ship until the actual day of shipping.  Therefore we are unable to provide dispatch or shipping updates by phone.  We can only say that orders are processed and dispatched in the order in which the payment is submitted and approved.  Continuous phone inquiries regarding shipping will therefore only delay the shipping time for ALL customers affected.  We will always send you an email update with regarding the current status of your order, this will include updates regarding shipping notifications once your order has shipped.

If a late delivery or lost package should occur which would result in your fees being eligible for a refund, we shall be llimited in requirement to the extent that our only obligation is to communicate with UPS or FedEx in an attempt to request a refund of those shipping fees in question.  If UPS or FedEx does not approve the refund of those shipping fees, then you agree to hold us entirely and completely harmless against any and all responsibility and or liability of refunding those shipping fees to you.  ONLY in the event that UPS or FedEx shall grant a full or partial refund of any shipping or service fees shall we be required to forward those refunded fees back to you for the shipment in question.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES  &  GUIDELINES

Sometimes USPS may have longer than expected delivery times, please understand that we have no control over this and your patience is greatly appreciated.  It is considered very common for deliveries to run late during busy shopping seasons and also around all major Holidays.  Please allow UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery from the date your order was shipped before contacting us regarding late/lost shipments.  If your package does not arrive within 10 BUSINESS DAYS, we will provide instructions for you to open a claim with your local Post Office to locate your package.  ONLY AFTER EVERY REASONABLE ATTEMPT IS MADE TO LOCATE YOUR PACKAGE will we attempt to determine if your order qualifies for a replacement of your purchase.  *See below for order replacement guidelines

If you miss the delivery of your package for any reason, the delivery carrier will hold your package for up to 10 days before returning it back to us as undeliverable.  We can not guarantee that the delivery carrier will leave a written notification of attempted delivery, therefore you should make every effort to watch your delivery status online using the tracking number provided.


RUSH PROCESSING:
Rush Processing does NOT imply that your order will be shipped the day of your purchase.  Rush Processing ensures only that your payment and your order will be processed and packaged for shipping ahead of all pre-existing orders.  Rush processing will ensure that your order will meet the next available dispatch day so that you will not have to wait until the next dispatch day for your order to ship.  EXAMPLE:   If you place your order on a Thursday, you would likely miss the Friday dispatch day.  As we only ship twice each week on Tuesdays and Fridays, your order would not ship until the following Tuesday.  But with Rush Processing, your order would have an increased chance of dispatching on Friday. HOWEVER, even with Rush Processing your order will still be processed in the order in which is it received - in respects to other orders which were also upgraded to Rush Processing.  To guarantee that your order is processed AND ships on the same or next business day, you must choose both Rush processing AND one of the expedited shipping upgrades.


DESTINATION / SHIP-TO ADDRESSES:
For security reasons we will ship ONLY to the shipping address you choose at the time of your order is placed.  Any request to change the shipping address after your order is submitted will be denied.  If you need to change your preferred delivery address after an order has been submitted, you may request to have the order cancelled so that you may submit a new order using your preferred shipping address.  You may store up to five (5) different shipping addresses in your account address book for easier selection of shipping addresses during checkout.

We do not offer international shipping for any of our products or services, therefore you MUST have a valid U.S. shipping address to purchase from our website.  We do not and will not ship to mail forwarding companies or to companies, PO Boxes, Suites or other locations which are known for offering mail forwarding services.

SPECIAL NOTE:  Orders can not be cancelled one your payment has been processed!

If you wish to waive the signature delivery restriction of your purchase, then you MUST place the following text in the "Comment Box" during check-out.  If you do not include the following text, then your order WILL ship with the assigned delivery restrictions.  Copy and paste this text EXACTLY as shown:    "PLEASE do not require signature delivery for my purchase.  I hereby accept full responsibility for delivery of my purchase, and declare that I do NOT want to sign for delivery of my package.  I understand and agree that should my purchase become lost, stolen or damaged, that I can not hold Cheapest Dinar, Banknote Pros or Guardian Svcs financialy liable or responsible for my purchase and that I have no right to demand a free replacement of my purchase as I knowingly accepted full liability for safe delivery."


WHEN A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED:
Once your package is signed for, it will be considered to have been successfully delivered to the intended recipient and we will accept no further responsibility for the safe delivery of your package or the accuracy of its contents.  ONLY in the event your package is delivered to the wrong address will we accept responsibility we will accept liability for incorrect delivery or missing packages.  Therefore it is important that you personally, or another adult whom you authorize and trust explicitly, be allowed to sign for and accept delivery of your packages.

Deliveries which require a signature confirmation will not be left at your delivery location without someone present whom can sign for delivery acceptance.  Please watch the provided tracking number (if provided) to make sure someone is available whom you authorize to sign for your deliveries so that you may avoid delivery time delays.


BANKNOTE DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE NOTICE:
Please inspect your packages immediately upon arrival, and PRIOR TO signing for delivery acceptance or your packages.  If you notice that your package is damaged or opened upon arrival, then it is important that you refuse delivery with your delivery carrier.  To refuse delivery of a damaged or opened package, ask the delivery carrier to sign a "Delivery Refusal Notification", citing that you wish to refuse delivery and wish the package to be returned to sender.  Be sure to write, "RETURN TO SENDER" on the outside of the package - same side as the shipping label.  We will not accept responsibility quality or accuracy of any contents from any damaged or opened packages that are signed for and accepted delivery.

Banknote orders over $500 will be REQUIRED to be shipped using the Adult Signature Restricted delivery service and will require a Photo-ID to accept delivery of your shipment.  If there is not an adult present at the time of delivery, the Post Office will hold your package at your local post office for between 10 calendar days before returning it to our office as undeliverable.

Most banknote orders over $1,000 will be shipped restricted delivery via USPS Priority Express - Overnight Mail.  Priority Express Overnight Delivery will arrive within TWO BUSINESS DAYS after your order is processed, and your package has been shipped.




MISSING / LOST PACKAGES & REPLACEMENT SHIPPING:

Replacement Order Shipping Fees  are very expensive for us.  In fact, they account for nearly 28% of our yearly shipping expense cost.  As you can imagine, this amounts to hundreds of dollars every year to re-ship replacement orders to our members.  Not all replacement orders however are TRULY lost, as most end up just being delivered late.  Therefore we often end up replacing orders and the original shipmet does eventually end up being delivered.  Yet we literallly NEVER, not even one single solitary time, ever receive a replacement order back from a member once they are both delivered successfully.  Therefore we are having to make some relatively minor, but very impactful changes to our shipping policies so that we are able to avoid raising our prices to compensate for the loss of inventory, services and time.

Beginning IMMEDIATELY in January 2020 we will no longer provide instantly approved replacements order for lost or late deliveries.


We reserve the right utilize, require use of and/or deny use of any shipping method to any member at any time and at our sole descretion.  We will primarily exercise this right when shipping large orders to new members, or with members who have experienced multiple delivery issues involving reports of continously lost packages, or multiple reports of packages not being received.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU SHOULD EXPERIENCE MULTIPLE LOST PACKAGE DELIVERIES,  we will take measures to protect your account and all future deliveries by restricting the shipping options available to you.  By restricting your account to using only those shipping services wich employ more secure features such as Certified Delivery, Photo-ID Restriction, or Adult Signature Verification add-ons, we will be able to better protect your deliveries to ensure that your orders are safely delivered and delivered only to the intended recipient.

In this event, we will place a security restriction on your account resulting in the less secure shipping methods being blocked from your orders.  In other words, you will only have access to the more secure shipping methods and will be unable to complete your purchase until you select one of the more secure available shipping options.  All shipping related security restrictions will remain in effect for no less than three (3) months (90 days), OR UNTIL you are able to provide verification that you have taken proactive measures on your end to ensure safe delivery of your packages.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING SECURITY RELATED SHIPPING:
Should we employ a shipping restriction on your account for multiple lost package reports, you as the account holder will be required to pay the upgraded shipping fees of all future orders.  Banknote Pros / Cheapest Dinar will not continue cover the upgraded shipping expenses for any account which is experiencing ongoing or multiple incidents of lost packages resulting numerous replacement orders regularly having to be issued.



REPLACEMENT ORDERS POLICIES & GUIDELINES:

Any and all order replacements must first meet the requirements the following posted guidelines BEFORE a replacement order will be issued.  These guidelines are non-negotiable under ANY circumstances, and they will be adamantly enforced site-wide among all members.

Before we will open a case with a shipping courier for lost package or late delivery, we first require that AT LEAST TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS  to have elapsed - starting from the date your package was dispatched for shipping.  If your package has still not arrived after the full ten (10) BUSINESS DAYS, then you may contact us to open a lost package case with the shipping courier.  We will NOT open a package location investigation until AFTER the ten (10) BUSINESS DAYS has elapsed from the day of dispatch.

If your package shows as stuck in in transit, the required policy is to wait until your package stops transitioning between shipping hubs, or stops showing shipping updates for TEN (10) CONSECUTIVE BUSINESS DAYS before we will open a lost package case with the shipping courier.  We will NOT Issue a replacement order for ANY package that is still showing as "In Transit" with the chosen shiping courier. 


CONCLUSION OF LOST PACKAGE INVESTIGATION:

A lost package investigation MUST be opened with the shipping courier AND that investigation MUST be fully concluded by the courier BEFORE a replacement of your lost order package will be issued.  If your package has not been located by the courier after three (3) BUSINESS DAYS from the date the lost package claim was opened, we will then issue a replacement order for your purchase providing all additional criteria shown below have been satisfied entirely, thus making your order eligible for replacement.

If your tracking number shows that your order has been successfully delivered to your specified shipping address in your order summary, but you open a claim that your package was not delivered as the tracking number shows, then you will not be eligible for an order replacement UNTIL the following criteria have been met and exhausted in all repsects;


REQUIREMENTS FOR REPLACING ORDERS OVER $500 THAT SHOW DELIVERED:

    If your Package is Over $500 & Includes Tracking Information:

  1.   An investigation MUST be opened with YOUR Post Office
  2.   Your Post Master MAY be able to use GPS coordinates to show where the package was delivered
  3.   Many USPS barcode scanners are equiped with GPS tracking for accuracy and security of delivery
  4.   Your Postal Carrier will come back to your home or office to inspect the area for the lost package
  5.   Your Post Master MAY also visit your home or office to inspect for the lost package
  6.   AFTER your Post Master declares the package is either lost or stolen, we will move forward
  7.   If your tracking number shows delivered, but it was not delivered, it will be declared as stolen
  8.   If your package is declared stolen and valued at $500 or more, we will NEED a police report before we will replace your package
  9.   If your package is declared stolen and valued at $500 or more, we will NEED a written Postal Report
  10.   Both copies reports the Postal report and the Police Report can be provided to us by email
  11.   AFTER we receive a copy of all reports, we will look over the reports within three (3) business days and make a decision
  12.   Upon satisfactory conclusion of the report summary, then and ONLY then will your order be eligible for a replacement


REQUIREMENTS FOR REPLACING ORDERS WITH NO TRACKING:

    If your Package is Over $500 & Does NOT Tracking Information:

  1. Shipments which include tracking/delivery confirmation that are reported as lost/stolen will REQUIRE an investigation by the US Postal Service BEFORE said package will become eligible for a free replacement.
  2. The receiving party (YOU), must contact the shipping courier office and report your package as missing.
  3. The shipping courier office will create a "Claim #" for your missing package, and conduct an investigation.  You will need to provide us with a copy of the claim # and investigation report.
  4. Orders with a value of more than $1,000 must also be reported to your local police Dept as a missing/stolen package.  You will need to provide us with a copy of the police report.
  5. You MUST obtain the ACTUAL CLAIM # from the shipping courier.  A communication reference number, or "ticket #" is NOT sufficient, and is NOT the same as a "Claim Report #".
  6. If you do not obtain a valid claim number, we will NOT issue a replacement of your lost package or purchase order.

Once you have submitted all of the required information, We will contact the shipping courier's office to verify the claim of a missing package.  If the package is determined to have been delivered to the correct address you provide at the time of purchase, then your claim for a replacement order will be denied!  ONLY AFTER the shipping courier's office has successfully completed their investigation and you have submitted all required documents will your package qualify for a free replacement.

If Your Order was over $1,000 USD value and a signature was provided at the time of delivery, then police report MUST also indicate that the police had questioned the person whose signature was submitted for the receipt of delivery.  If the copy of the police report received by us does not indicate that the person who signed for your package delivery had been questioned, your request for a free replacement of your missing package will be denied.

After we have received a copy of the police report (if required) and a copy of the claim report from the shipping courier for the lost/stolen package, we will contact the shipping courier (and police station) to validate the report.  Once this information has been validated we will issue a complete replacement order for your purchase at that time.  The procedural time for these protocols can take UP TO 10-12 BUSINESS DAYS depending on how quickly you submit the required information to us.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THIS PROCEDURE / POLICY BE SKIPPED, OVERLOOKED AND/OR BYPASSED FOR ANY CUSTOMER, OR FOR ANY REASON.

*These policies have been put in place to combat the growing number of suspected fraudulent claims of missing/lost packages we have been receiving.  Unfortunately, we have to impose these policies to combat such fraudulent activity, and to protect ourselves from falling victim to would-be scammers.  By keeping such strict policies over our loss prevention, we are able to minimize the number of fraudulent purchases or scamming attempts, thus helping us to keep our prices more affordable for our honest members, you!  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.


REPLACEMENT PACKAGES, IF ELIGIBLE, WILL NOT BE ISSUED, AUTHORIZED NOR GRANTED UNTIL ALL SPECIFIED GUIDELINES AND POLICIES HAVE BEEN FULLY EXHAUSTED AND ALL REQUIRED WAITING PERIODS HAVE FULLY ELAPSED.
