SHIPPING, PROCESSING & RETURN POLICIES:

We understand that the shipping times for your purchases are important to you, and because they are important to you, they are equally important to us.  Please keep in mind however that we have many members, and each of our members expects us to provide the same quality and expedited services that you yourself would like from us.  It is exactly this type of quality service that we intend to provide for each of you.  However, we are a small but dedicated team, and quality-personal service like this can take time during busy periods.  One example of such a time when order processing may seem somewhat delayed, is during/after sale events, and the business week following four (4) day weekends, and/or a Holiday weekend.

We sincerely understand your concerns, and your desire to receive your purchases in the shortest amount of time possible.  We value those concerns just as much as we do you as a member.  However, It is our strict policy to process and ship each purchase in the order in which it is received.  We promise to give each member's shipment the undivided attention that's required to assure order accuracy, and safe delivery to your door!  This special care for each members purchase can sometimes result in a little slower processing times.  Because we're not willing to sacrifice quality for speed, your patience when ordering is greatly appreciated.

Please familiarize yourself with our posted shipping policies, and order processing times.  Knowing these policies can save a lot of time, and prevent unnecessary worry regarding shipping times, and order delivery.  Thus allowing us more time to work on getting your orders processed and shipped out in a timely manner.

lowest prices on Zimbabwe money You may notice that some of our prices seem to be slightly higher than a few of our competitors prices.  However, keep in mind that we offer absolutely FREE SHIPPING on everything in our online store!  We've saved you the trouble of having to spend the time to calculate in shipping prices when placing your orders, by inlcuding the cost of shipping into each item for you.  As a result, your shopping experience becomes hassle free, with absolutely no guesswork on the price you pay for the items you want.  We promise the price you see on the item description page, is the same price you'll see on the payment page, every-time.  No Hidden fees, or surprises!


PROCESSING TIMES:
Before any order can ship, it must first have a successfully cleared payment for the purchase.  Regardless of the size of your order, or any add-on shipping services you may select, your payment must clear processing before we will package your order.  Remember, orders are processed in the order in which they are received, and clear payment processing times.  Payment processing times are different for each payment type, and can be found on the "Payment Information" page of the website.  


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • After - Purchase Address Changes

  • US Provinces / Territories


Additionally, We will ship ONLY to the address you have on file at the time of your purchase.  We will NOT ship to alternate addresses that are added after your purchase is made.  We will ship ONLY within the fifty states of the USA.  This means that we do not offer international shipping for any of our items, this also includes Canada, and US Provinces and Territories.

Some purchases made by first time members may require a photo ID to accept delivery.  Such orders will be shipped as "ID Restricted", meaning that only the person whose name is on the billing information will be authorized to sign for receipt of the delivery, and only after showing government issued photo Identification.  These orders will be strategically selected, and we will not disclose in advance the criteria used to determine our decisions regarding this.


TRACKING / DELIVERY INFORMATION:

USPS "Delivery Confirmation" is NOT the same as USPS Tracking Information (tracking numbers).  As stated on the USPS website, Delivery Confirmation does not provide any guarantee of package location tracking during transit.  While package location tracking may sometimes be provided with this service, the only guarantee made by the USPS is that delivery information will show "Confirmation Of Delivery" ONLY AFTER the package reaches its destination.

Once a package is handed off to the shipping courier, we can not guarantee, nor promise the ability to provide or utilize the location tracking service, unless you have chosen an upgraded shipping service for location tracking.  If you require package tracking during transit, you MUST choose an upgraded shipping option which provides that service.  We are not responsible for delayed shipping of packages, or for packages which fail to show updated information while in transit.

Most orders UNDER $250 will NOT include Delivery/Tracking Information.  If you need a guarantee of deliver/tracking information, you may choose to purchase any of our upgraded shipping services.  All orders over $250 will be sent with USPS Delivery Confirmation.  Your Delivery Confirmation Number will be emailed to you within one business day of your order being shipped.

Currency orders over $350 will require an adult signature upon delivery.  If there is not an adult present at the time of delivery, the Post Office will hold your shipment at your local post office for 10 days before returning it to us.  Currency orders over $500 will be shipped restricted delivery via USPS Priority Mail, and will require a Photo-ID to accept delivery of your shipment.  Currency orders over $700 will be shipped restricted delivery via USPS Priority Express - Overnight Mail.  Priority Express Overnight Delivery will arrive within TWO BUSINESS DAYS after your order is processed, and your payment is cleared.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY:  Overnight Delivery Services does NOT imply that your order will be shipped the day of your purchase, or that you will receive your shipment the day after your purchase.  ALL purchases, including those upgraded to overnight delivery, are subject to the posted order processing and payment clearing times.  Upgrading to Priority Express guarantees ONLY that when your order is ready to ship, it will be shipped using the Priority Express Overnight delivery service.

MISSING / LOST PACKAGES:
Before we will open a case with the shipping courier for lost package, we require that AT LEAST ten (10) BUSINESS DAYS have elapsed from the date your package was shipped.  If your package has not arrived after ten (10) BUSINESS DAYS, you may contact us to open a lost package case with the shipping courier.  If your package is not located by the courier after four (4) BUSINESS DAYS, we will issue a replacement order for your purchase.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we offer a replacement order before these procedures have taken place, and the dedicated time frames for each procedure have elapsed.


REPLACEMENT PACKAGES:
Orders UNDER $300 in value will NOT be replaced under any circumstances until an elapsed shipping time of NO LESS THAN 15 BUSINESS DAYS has passed, allowing for ample opportunity for delivery of your order.

Shipments of ANY order that provides any kind of tracking/delivery confirmation that are reported as lost/stolen will REQUIRE an investigation by the US Postal Service.  The receiving party (YOU), must contact your local US Post office and report your package as missing.  The US Post Office will create a "Claim #" fr your missing package, and conduct an investigation into your lost/missing package.  ONLY AFTER the US Post Office has conducted this investigation will your package qualify for a free replacement.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THIS PROCEDURE / POLICY BE SKIPPED, OVERLOOKED AND/OR BYPASSED FOR ANY CUSTOMER, OR FOR ANY REASON.

Once the US Post Office has conducted their investigation, you MUST obtain a copy of the written report (email copy is sufficient) from the US Post office, with the associated CLAIM #, and provide us with a copy of that information.  After we have received a cpy of the claim report, and the claim # from you, we will contact the US Post Office to verify the validity of the claim / report. PLEASE NOTE:  You MUST obtain an ACTUAL CLAIM #, a "ticket #", or "reference #" regarding your communication with the US Post office is NOT sufficient, and is NOT the same as a "Claim Report #".   If you do not obtain a valid claim number, we will NOT issue a replacement of your package or purchase order.


HIGH VALUE LOST ORDERS:
IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE PROCEDURE  any order OVER $300 in value that is reported as lost/missing/stolen or unaccounted for, will REQUIRE that a written police report for a lost/stolen package at your location be filed with your local police department.  We will require that a copy of said police report be delivered to us for review, BEFORE we will consider your package to be eligible for a free replacement.  After we have received a copy of the police report for the lost/stolen package, along with a copy of the investigation report and claim # from the US Post Office, we will issue a replacement order for your purchase at that time.

If Your Order was over $500 and required a signature delivery confirmation, the police report MUST indicate that they police had questioned the person whose signature had signed for your package for the receipt of delivery.  If the copy of the police report received by us does not indicate that the person who signed for your package delivery had been questioned in connection with the missing package, we will NOT be obligated to replace your lost/missing package.

*these policies are being put in place to combat the growing level of suspected fraudulent claims of missing or lost packages that we have been receiving from our members.  Unfortunately, we have had to impose these policies to combat this activity, and to protect ourselves from falling victim to would-be scammers.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
